The importance of learning to read cannot be underestimated: helping children to succeed across the curriculum, access numerous aspects of daily life and open up their horizons and aspirations far beyond what they already know. Our Academy reading offer balances being able to read fluently; gaining comprehension which expands vocabulary and wider knowledge; and fostering a love of reading.
